    PRESIDENT & CEO

    Paula is an attorney, product strategist, and brand builder who specializes in art law, intellectual property, and commercial deal-making. She brings a market-driven approach to creative work, combining trend insight, product design and development, and brand strategy with strong legal protection.

    Paula’s ability to identify what resonates with consumers and translate creative ideas into products that perform at retail. She advises artists, creatives, and manufacturers on how to develop, position, and merchandise products so they truly connect with buyers and consumers, while structuring agreements that protect the artist, the licensee, and every partner in between.

    Her work sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, guiding clients from early concept and trend discovery through design, production, licensing, and retail execution. With a deep respect for creative vision and a sharp understanding of how products succeed at the register, Paula ensures that innovation is not only market-ready, but legally sound and built for long-term growth.

    BRAND & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Throughout her career, Elizabeth has built, developed, and expanded numerous globally recognized brands across multiple industries, including apparel, home décor, industrial categories, footwear, and accessories. These brands include DEWALT, Black & Decker, Craftsman, Dickies, Realtree, Joe Boxer, London Fog, Hasbro, Disney, Walmart, Nuby, and others.

    Elizabeth brings a practiced ability to translate brand DNA into scalable product extensions and to match brands with partners capable of executing at the highest standard. She collaborates closely with brand owners, manufacturers, and retailers to build tailored licensing strategies, secure the right partners, and support execution from the earliest concept through to retail delivery. Her reach extends across a broad network of brands, agencies, and manufacturers throughout North America and international markets.

    Elizabeth believes her mission is clear: to build brands, partnerships, and programs that endure and perform in a rapidly evolving market.

    CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

    Molly brings a unique design sensibility and deep passion for the arts to every project. She helps shape the agency’s visual identity and marketing presence, leading artist features, style guides, creative assets, campaigns, product design & development, and brand collaborations.

    With a history in illustration, publicity, and brand design, Molly works with strong visual storytelling and strategic communication to connect artists and audiences in significant ways.

    Outside the studio, she’s often sketching at a café, wandering the quieter paths of a park, or exploring museums in search of fresh inspiration for her next project.
